Do I need to create an account?
No. FaxSmile is designed to work without any sign-up. Your session is anonymous and tied to your browser.
What file types are supported?
PDF and TIFF files up to 10 MB. Most documents (Word, Excel, images) can be saved or printed to PDF before uploading.
When does my card get charged?
We hold a payment authorization when you submit. Your card is only charged after we confirm delivery. If the fax fails, the hold is released.
Which countries can I fax to?
Currently US fax numbers only. International support is coming.
