How Payment Works

Authorization, not a charge
When you submit, Stripe authorizes (holds) the amount on your card. You are not charged yet.

Captured on delivery
Once we receive confirmation that the fax was delivered, the hold is converted to a charge.
🚫
Failed fax = no charge
If the fax fails after multiple retries, the authorization is voided. Nothing is captured.
